Action with intention

Here's one thing I know.
Things don't change, unless things change.
The biggest difference in my life has been as a result of the changes in me. And these have come as a result of taking action. Not just any old action, but action with intention. These changes haven't happened TO me, they've happened BECAUSE of me.
This is true in how I see myself and how I show up as a leader. It's true in how I see myself and how I show up as an entrepreneur. It's true in how I see myself and how I show up in my relationships.
And I need to do better in all of those areas.
So I will continue to take action with intention so I can show up in a big way for all of you, so we can all continue to lift our game and make the world a better place.
